You will be charged on the credit card associated with your My Collins Community account. You will be notified via email when your dry cleaning is charged.
The standard turnaround time for dry cleaning is 24 hours. Any dry cleaning received prior to 10am will typically be available by 12noon the following day. Simply go to the Concierge Desk in the foyer to pick up your bag.

Simply drop it off at the Concierge Desk in the foyer and the team will do the rest.
To get started, you simply need to purchase the dry cleaning service fee through the Portal and take your dry cleaning to the Concierge desk where you will receive a new dry cleaning bag.
